These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iSafarri Android browser (package name isafarri.browser) available on Google Play, and any related websites or services we provide (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using iSafarri, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use iSafarri. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, iSafarri grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the servers and networks that host it.
  • Use the app to access, store, or transmit malicious code, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the app without our written permission.

4. Third-Party Services and Content

iSafarri lets you access third-party websites, AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity), and other online services. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices. Your interactions with any third-party service are solely between you and that provider, and are subject to its own terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The iSafarri name, logo, app, and all related software, designs, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by iSafarri or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you, except for the limited license expressly granted above.

6. User Content

Any content you create, store, or submit through the app (such as bookmarks, search queries, or prompts sent to AI tools) remains yours. You are solely responsible for the content you generate and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or always available.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSafarri and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iSafarri, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. You may also request deletion of your account or personal data at /delete-account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which iSafarri operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
